Since 1995, Fujian Lifeik Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has undergone a series of mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations of state-owned enterprises such as Minxi Pharmaceutical Factory, Shanghang Pharmaceutical Factory and Zhangzhou Qingchuntang Health Care Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a Sino-foreign joint venture.
